The use of our public pages is generally anonymous. We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet is currently essentially unsecured. It is not excluded that transmitted data may be taken note of by unauthorized persons. We would like to point out that Internet-based data transmission has security gaps, making complete protection against access by third parties impossible.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) and, in the case of data reception/contact outside this website, Article 6(1)(f) of the Basic Data Protection Regulation. Our concern within the meaning of ยง 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f (legitimate interest) of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance is communication with you on topics relevant to the association and the transmission of corresponding information.
Server data
For technical reasons, the following data, which your Internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, are collected (so-called server log files):
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)
- Website you are visiting
- Date and time of your access
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address incl. region.
These anonymous data are stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a particular person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offers.
Hence, a visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g. address, name, or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs - to the extent possible - with the prior consent of the user of the website. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place. For further information please check the data privacy information of our host one.com.
Data reception/contact outside this website
If you provide us with your personal data via a means other than via this website (submission of business cards, contacting us by e-mail, etc.) or if we collect your data via publicly accessible sources, we process and store your data electronically. This is done for the purpose of individual communication with you on topics relevant to the association. Your data will be stored until your interest in information ceases to exist. As far as this is necessary for the fulfilment of common association purposes, your personal data is passed on by CLIB2021 to its members. If we use external service providers as contractors, your data will also be passed on to them.
Limitation of liability for internal content
The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.
Pursuant to section 7, para. 1 of the TMG (Telemediengesetz, Tele Media Act by German law), we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.
Limitation of liability for external links
Our website contains links to the websites of third parties (external links). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to us. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will immediately remove the link in question.
Copyright
The content and works published on this website are governed by the copyright laws of Germany. Any duplication, processing, distribution or any form of utilisation beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of the author or authors in question.
Information/Revocation/Deletion
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, you can contact us free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and the correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of a given consent. We would like to point out that you have the right to have incorrect data corrected or personal data deleted if there is no legal obligation to retain such data.
Your Rights
You can revoke your consent to data processing and storage at any time with effect for the future. The revocation does not affect the legality of data processing based on the consent until revocation. You have the right to receive free information about your stored personal data and the right to have it corrected or deleted if necessary or to demand that processing be restricted. You also have the right to receive the data in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transmit it to a third party. In such cases, please also have the right to make a complaint to the competent data protection authority in connection with the processing of your data.
